General Terms

• Non-ECCE and non-CCEI graduates are not allowed to register for this Convention.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• A 15% administrative fee will be charged for any refunds.
• Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees and Social Programme
• A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
  • 15% fee on cancellations received on or before March 30, 2011
  • 50% fee on cancellation received between March 31 and April 30, 3011
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 30, 2011
• Reimbursements will not be given for late arrivals

Programme changes:

• The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust or make changes to the programme as necessary.
  This does not affect your statutory rights.
